National Geographic, great as it is, is on the public dole.
It is closely associated with the Luce Foundation. Look at its
pro-NASA materials. It is close to government programs like the
Smithsonian and Air and Space Museum.
Expect a debunking show a la Popular Mechanics, but with more prestige.
Think Walter Cronkite: "Could these inexperienced arab pilots fly jets
into buildings; YES, because they did."
If they did a pro-conspiracy show, much funding would dry up.
