Many have responded to the theorization of martial law by saying no Americans would ever fire on their contrymen -- despite numerous examples -- so I'm curious as to what types of tests, administered by whom, where, and the source of that idea ... but then I am also cognizant of the Stanford experiments et al ... and My Lai .. and the civil rights stuff .. and Patton's work in DC .. and the mining labor violence... so I don't disbelieve the concept, or you, but I want that reference to use in the debates.
