Wasn't the Crouch short film showing a DPD officer running to the door filmed from the motorcade itself? You can't have a four minute delay there.
If you watch the COUCH film, you will see it only shows Baker running to within a few feet of the TSBD steps. Couch pans his camera away to the left before we get to see if Baker runs past the steps, or actually ascends the steps.
