Hi Drew, the Ashley Banfield video is from the north looking south. The other videos (my guess) is from the west, in other words, a different side. The prevailing wind that day was blowing west to east, so the smoke from the fires would leave the west side clear. If you have looked at other WTC 7 collapse videos, the cell phone video is taken from the same side showing showing the same flashes, but closer. I quick search said the first cell phone cameras came out in 2000 in Japan.
Whether it was really on a cell video or not, it appears to be faithful, to other videos, just with more detail and sound of the explosions.
