Ex-Cia guy and fugitive Michael Hand "is reportedly now living under the name Michael Jon Fuller in the small town of Idaho Falls in Idaho," and has apparently just retired from TOPS Knives, whose motto is "Special OPS Trust TOPS Cause They're Hard To The Core."
