Whose Microfilm? We have 1st National Chicago (Kleins supposedly microfilmed the envelope and coupon and Order Blank, just not the PMO used to pay for it)
The Fed Res Bank of Chicago and the USPS in DC.
I'd have to believe it was the Post Office Records Center who would have microfilm of these PMOs. Whether anything like that can be made public, IDK...
For the PMO to have been microfilmed at the end of its journey it would need to have gone thru the FRB of Chicago. It didn't according to the PMO and normal procedure.
Like the book it came from and the stub Holmes claims to have had his staff find... there is no evidence that book of PMOs was ever in Dallas - we do not get to see any other stub from that book.
Like the other orders on the Kleins microfilm that we never see, this PMO stands alone yet had to have come from some source book and left a stub IF IT WERE AUTHENTIC.
It's not.
I also just learned that the Washington DC GPO was a half mile from the Records Center Robert Jackson entered saturday night the 23rd to bring Harold Marks the PMO.
Grabbing a book of PMOs and one from the middle of the pack is not so hard to imagine.
Since Marks gives SS SA Parker the PMO at 10:10pm EST to bring to SS DC field office - the story Holmes tells of finding it by noon in Dallas is hard to swallow as anything but a CYA after the fact.
the PMO was "found" 4 different times according to the Evidence... once even in Kansas.
When it dont quack, waddle or crap like a duck... it aint a duck.
