Sergio A Smith and Shaw were friends and associates. I think this Hernandez guy was Smith's lawyer, and Shaw knew him also.
What I believe doesn't matter, so I will say, when Frank Sturgis' attorney promised Mark Lane the release of Frank's test, he said he had "sold" it, but he didn't mention to who. Mark was upset that Frank's attorney Henry Rothblatt sold Frank's test to under mind the investigation and not expose the results as [promised] to Mark.
Now, although this test is exposed, it really doesn't mean a thing, the test itself can be manipulated, coerced into saying whatever he wants on [paper], and in the end we are not shown the finial results of the actual test, so, we really don't know without having a second opinion by an expert to look at the final results. Truthfully, without posting those results, and only posting the questions and answers along with the conclusion means absolutely nothing. You are right, Hernandez was Smith's lawyer and they all knew each other.
