We can all get on each other's nerves from time to time, but I'm always inclined to cut Scott a little slack. If what he says is true, and I see no reason to believe it isn't, his father was in contact with several of the key players active in JFK's assassination as well as Watergate, and more.
Scott believes Frank Sturgis/Fiorini killed his father, and if so, that certainly fits with JA's and many others' research indicating Sturgis was a stone cold killer. John believes many of the suspicious deaths around the time of the assassination, the WC and the HSCA were carried out by Sturgis. There is a picture somewhere of the SOB himself with his boot on a bunch of dead bodies looking pretty pleased with himself.
When Marita Lorenz testified that she had seen "Lee Harvey Oswald" in the South Florida Everglades training with anti-Castro operatives, the HSCA's Fithian threatened her with a charge of perjury--and she still stuck to her story. She claimed CIA photographer Alex Rorke had taken pictures of Oswald in the camps, and of course, the HSCA made no effort I'm aware of to find them.
