Well, Ed, many of the NGO's are used as front for espionage and other activities by governments. With MSF you may like to look into the history of one of its founding members the now French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner. You may also notice the alacrity with which MSF seem to no longer be associated with him. Ask your local displaced Serb or Yugoslav about what happened.:nurse
