Obama today gave a speech to the Cuban people which was allegedly broadcast by radio and TV throughout Cuba and, of course, by TV world wide. I will post the text of that speech later in the thread, but I wanted to ask Scott Kaiser a question. It was apparent to me that many of his remarks were directed at the Cuban exile community.
