- April 10 Someone took a shot at Ret. Gen. Edwin Walker using a steel-jacketed bullet.
- April 24 "Lee HARVEY Oswald" arrived in New Orleans, LA by bus, having left the Dallas area for no apparent reason other than to become sheep-dipped as a pro-Castro operative.
