I cannot even understand how an employer gets access to a worker pension fund. I would have thought these were in an account for the workers either under worker control or by some independent 3rd party like a bank/trustee etc and untouchable by any one except the pensioner on retirement. Also this is worker's wages, deferred to be paid with interest on retirement but they have already laboured for the company who the fuck steals like that? What sort of scum bag do you need to be to stoop so low? Stealing some thing that is clearly not theirs? And then is allowed to say 'Oops! It is all gone. Too bad" and not end up in the slammers for 30 years with Butch McDick on the bottom bunk? Why is there not some legal protection in place already to prevent employers just helping themselves?
