Gloriously entertaining bit of confected outrage today as the Labour Party has an antisemitic-stroke-cum-daesh-islamofascist identity crisis & Sadiq Khan boogeys to Zac Goldsmiths tune - "Sadiq Khan is "unfit" to run London and protect Britain's capital from a terrorist attack because of questions about his links to Islamist extremists, Zac Goldsmith says today." Brings-out the whipping-boy - "Khan, who faces Zac Goldsmith next Thursday in the London mayoral election, called the former Labour mayor's [Ken Livingstone's] comments "appalling and inexcusable"".
'king funny really, no bugger on the beeb or sky have trooped-out any 'istorians. Sky's Tamara Cohen had a good line in the scrum, "Ken, why are you standing-up for 'itler?" Weird how it's such an assymetric canvas of outrage; I worked-out the other week that during the 2014 Gaza-Israel thing, maybe 1,900 gallons of Palestinian blood was shed, where at the drop of a shat, a happy kleptomaniacs presumption of name-calling is "an outrage".
