I've had many references that add-up to the notion of me being signed-up to a similar system as this; I used to get refs to IFF (ID friend or foe); 'pipsqueak' (the return call the transponder makes upon receiving an 'interrogation' signal), [oh, neuralgic there]; "glow(s) in the dark" - linked to Google Glass; a copper walked past me one day, and something on him 'beeped' - very orchestrated that one & on from a spate of refs. I'd assume 'Pokemon Go' is 'hidden in plain sight' stuff, with the 'fun' element of torture-murder-schiz-'training' & 'Monarch programming' thrown-in to keep the V-manner involved with those smirks they wear. It would explain how I get stalked from in front, for eg., & the "with you forever" "always by your side"-type refs.
The tech's a piece of piss to do - as I know it, it's WW2 stuff, & I suppose RFID in an environment drenched in radio-frequency energy; curious thing, but of course, all those microwave signals towers're doing, is pumping energy into the environment, hence what i take it to be - energy-gathering chips & antennae.

This doc that I've just looked at - http://www.academia.edu/9661026/Psycholo...ro_Complex - has the shitehounds down pat, makes some very very interesting points; add in extreme authoritarianism, tech evangelism, obsessive malorders & a couple of extreme pathological syndromes, & it's the bona fide basket case squaderoony.
