That is not what I mean.
What I mean is that Kissinger's conduct of his so called shuttle diplomacy in the Middle East very clearly favored Israel throughout. There have been books written about this, but Kissinger made it clear to Israel that he favored them in the conflict and they could rely on him and Nixon when push came to shove.
So what I mean is Nixon erred in appointing someone who was Jewish and could not be trusted to be neutral.
