Meanwhile at different places in the internet some people have worked to understand the background of the Todd and Clare scam:
1. The company behind the website toddandclare.com does not exist, there are no employees, the phone does not exist and the address is a nondescript warehouse in Texas.
2. All pictures on the website have been stolen from other sites and depict people which have nothing to do with this scam.
3. The internet archive rerveals a San Francisco address that was entered when the website was set up and later deleted.
4. This address belongs to Premise Data Corporation, whose CEO is David Soloff.
