I might ask Walt Brown if I can post a few pages here from his work on JVB at some point. In his JFK assassination chronology, Brown collated the work of a couple of hundred JFK books into a date by date analysis of events leading up to the shooting, the day itself and the years that followed. Baker's book on Oswald was one of the volunes Brown selected, so in DYNASTY (his first, massive book covering events up to November 21st 1963) Brown pretty much went through Baker's book page by page (quoting long sections of it) and assessed her description of events with what other books and sources noted had been going on. Baker's book comes across horribly in the process, and Brown doesn't hold back in slamming it. Short summary for whatever it's worth - Baker is a fabulist making up stories for her own personal gain, and the majority of those stories are ludicrous on multiple levels.
