I'd second that opinion that Files is making it all up. He might well have been a CIA off-the-shelf hitman, but he didn't do Dallas. As for the mercury slug, yes they were sometimes used. They were kept frozen, so hard as steel, put in the gun and when it entered a body, was like a frangible bullet, but usually not noticed on autopsy, as it had all dribbled away as a liquid - and one that doctors were not looking for or couldn't figure out. Putting Files here will bring the 'flies' from the bad forums. Dankbar who promotes him for money is a huckster par excellance. I believe the Files promotion was an intelligence diversion.
