Below is the offending picture that I lifted from Alex Constantine's website:

One row back is his Uncle, Lord Louis Mountbaten wearing a Royal Navy tricorn hat.
It is worth noting that (Philip's sis Sophie's husband) Prince Christoph of Hess was also a Standartenfuhrqer of the SS and on Himmler's personal staff. His son, Karl Adolf was so named in honour of the Fuhrer.
