Trump is a businessman, he may know how to create business in this country so that other business's don't leave this country and go else where, but Trump is not politically minded, he's an easy target to be a political puppet.
25 years after the date of enactment of this Act, unless the President certifies that: (1) continued postponement is made necessary by an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or conduct of foreign relations; and (2) the identifiable harm is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
