I'd just add:

Iran seeks to destabilize and invade Iraq for territorial aggrandizement. The United States is forced to keep troops in Iraq to counter this Iranian threat.

Fact: Saudi Arabia and Turkey seek sections of Iraq's territory, Iran does not.
