For example, if it's possible Oswald's lunch was still laid out on the table on the first floor, what makes you think he didn't take it with him to the second floor where he purchased a coke? Or, may be he did leave his lunch on the first floor, and went to the second to purchase a drink, and Barker found him there? Or, are you saying Oswald didn't drink something after he ate lunch? And, if Oswald took lunch at 12:00 and at 12:30 shots are fired. Was Oswald's lunch an hour long or half hour long? Does it matter?
