In my research of Caulfield to find his evidence for EASTLAND controlling Oswald... I come up short... Even your book does not go into the evidence of the connection beyond secondary and tertiary lines...


Assumptions made:

• Oswald was tainting SCEF via FPCC
  
• No Louisiana agency was doing this
  
• only the SISS was doing this
  
• SISS was controlled by EASTLAND
  
• Oswald was SISS since June 1962
