Thank you, Mr. Lemkin,

The Institute for Statecraft shows us the deep state at work (make sure to check out Moon of Alabama besides Craig Murray). It reminds me of Brian Crozier's Institute for the Study of Conflict. As Chris Donnelly of the IfS was a national security adviser for Thatcher -- does anyone know whether he had contacts to Crozier or the ISC?
