Yes very much a dissapointing ending. I am going to try not to go on too long, but lets look at the explanation on how Sirhan's gun supposedly got to within inches of the back of RFK's neck without anyone seeing that happen. Moldea, and the producer of the RFK tapes, seem to accept the idea that the chaos produced by the first shot tends to eliminate the significance of all the witnesses in a kind of magical sweep of the hand.. The German guy, who claims to have grabbed Sirhan's gun after the second shot,is proclaimed to be unreliable. It seems very clear that several people are wrestling with Sirhan's gun relatively early in the process, and that most of his shots occcur after others have grabbed the gun. It seems virtually impossible that those who grabbed the gun would not witness the gun nearing within inches of RFK's neck, or those watching the struggle would have missed this.
Also the RFK tapes fail to mention that a reliable witness claims he saw Thane Eugene Cesar fire 3 bullets into the back of RFK's head.
