This seems to me to be really important. As far as I can see, we now have three sources that say LHO was outside for the motorcade.

Malcolm Blunt discovered what appear to be Hosty's notes from a first day interrogation of LHO.

Is there any eyewitness testimony, under oath, that places LeeHarveyOswald "outside for the motorcade"?

It would appear to me to be safe to conclude that the SecondFloorLunchRoomEncounter indicates that LeeHarveyOswald was not
"outside for the motorcade"!
