I know that everyone is tried of reading anything about my father, but I have to say that after reading a letter from my mother's attorney when she tried sueing the owner of the ship where my father was killed, one letter mentions (Troy Windward), or (Woodward) from (Richardson Texas). Only to discover that its true owner was the CIA. The ship kept changing owners names until it ended up in the Cayman islands three months after killing my father, then there was nothing we could do, just another coincidence?
