Torriente went to Dangerous Drugs agency about a group who moved drugs. Osvaldo Celleo, not sure if I'm spelling his last name correctly also worked for Torriente, Osvaldo would later work for this group moving drugs, Osvaldo was the head radio man on the ship Barbra J., Osvaldo was also named in Dallas as a radio operator, just another coincidence?
I worked for a survey company in Dallas in 1968. We were hired to survey the home of the owner of Collins radio in Richardson Texas. the draftsman that drew up the plans for Collins new house was Roman H Harten . he was the "Roman" in LHO's little phonebook.
Welcome to the Forum. That is an interesting first post! How do you know it was THE Roman in LHO's phonebook? Did you know the number, or some other feature listed? How 'nice' a home was it [i.e., how rich was the guy for 1968]? But why would a draftsman be in LHO's phonebook? Was your survey team or the company it worked for 'spook connected'? If not, it is a very odd coincidence, indeed..... Collins Radio to my knowledge made little to NONE of 'ordinary' radio equiptment - almost everything they did was for defense contractors or intelligence-related. Little difference between the two....
