James.... If training began at 15... by the time this 20/21 year old goes Russia he is actually an asset in position to do a "real man's job" with an even greater sense of "under cover".
I agree with you assessment of Oswald's role after 1962... and in reality he returns from Russia with more detailed information about entities for which Military Intelligence had little to no info.
