Interesting. To date I have seen reasonable speculation that he may have had FBI, CIA, Mossad, and FSB connections....... What you posted is significant, but it doesn't give any clue to if his 'relationship' with the FBI pre-dates his prosecution in 2008 or was part of some plea deal. As it doesn't mention any plea agreement, it does a tad hint it might have been something he was doing for them before...but this is far from nailed down - and not in that document alone. The MSM is still not touching this with a ten foot poll nor a 10000 ft poll...which is always a warning sign to me....as it is quite a story and no one is running with it....!!
