Ahhhh....business would be so happy if we were all just slaves in their factories making 'their' products. The only trouble with this is there would be no one to buy their stupid products. So they need half of the people to be slaves and the other half to just not care or know so they will still be able to sell their products.

I have always found most labeling requirements of products to be far less than satisfactory. I think it is important to know exactly what is in any product in every respect and where it was made, each piece, and how and in what conditions it was made. I always want to know if the products I buy are made in a union workplace or co-op etc. Makes shopping such a logistical exercise but I insist on knowing about what I buy.
