The Feiman PDF pages 27-30 log the failure of expert Crossman and the failure of the subsequent eleven experts to accomplish the feat attributed to Oswald.
The experts had trouble with the sticky bolt and the faulty scope. They had to reacquire the target after each shot. They hit 1.2 of three times, and only twenty of 37 attempts were timed.
In the first instance the conditions were not duplicated: a straight rather than curving track was used for the target silhouette.
What has not been mentioned is the inconvenient live oak. How did Oswald shoot through that: infrared? laser target designator? remote viewing?
