While in Dallas I and an opportunity to hang out with John Armstrong and was able to snag the last copy of his book from Andy. I am about one third into it and like Jack White says: this is must reading. The incredible detail, the many misstatements told to the WC by the bogus Marg. Oswald, ("mother" to Harvey), the parallel lives lived by both Harvey (the patsy ) and Lee, is just fascinating and leaves the reader aware just how complex this conspiracy actually was. John burned up a lot of shoe leather in tracing the lives of these two men and two mothers, via school , home, birth, and marrriage records as well as many interviews. It becomes very clear that the FBI agents who interviewed some of the teachers were aware of the two Oswalds, and by then probably the implications of such. Early on you feel empathy and sympathy for the under-nourished little tyke who would be later sent to Russia -(from where he came)- to "defect", prior to being set up as the Patsy.
This book is hard to find. One used at Amazon is $168.00. I am assuming Andy at The Last Hurrah must have more. (Sadly, there is not a single review at Amazon). I highly recommend this valuable work.
