Through the windshield the president can be seen clasping his throat as the First Lady's gloved left hand is gripping his left forearm--yet the Secret Service shows zero reaction and the onlookers on the sidewalk are unmoved.
One person this year has labelled this photo a composite of three or four, but a simpler explanation might be a noise-suppressed weapon of the type developed by Mitch WerBell.
