It will be interesting but they'll have to offer more systemic than just an immigration policy. Looking at the type of businessmen involved I don't think that likely. And then, as you note, even if they hold the balance of power the two parties are as one on immigration so it wont even matter. A new system is needed. Referendums are good. More grassroots participation at every level. Yeah, not in our lifetimes but worth fighting for. They're having a debate in the UK on voting issues but I don't think that will be a happy ending there either.
