To this untrained observer, the head is disproportionate to the body. Were I to venture a guess, I'd say this is a not-so-clever hoax perpetrated not BY Peter, but ON him.
But again, that's just a guess. I bring to this "analysis" not a scintilla of relevant technical expertise.
