Metro Holds Emergency Response Drill

WASHINGTON - Metro began a series of emergency response training drills overnight Thursday at the Friendship Heights Station.
The exercise simulated gunfire between two shooters and several injured or killed passengers.
Metro transit police and police, fire and emergency medical services personnel from D.C., Montgomery County and the FBI, all participated.
There will be two more emergency response exercises in the coming weeks.
Another at a station in D.C. and a second in Rosslyn, Va.
