Don't worry, Peter. There is enough evidence extant -- in the form of screen captures, personal witness, etc. -- to send Nine-Iron to the Tower.
Do it, Peter. If for no other reason than to get Nine-Iron and his 6'9", 25-stone cellmate Bubba to the wedding chapel.

Perhaps upon release they'll look for a nice neighborhood with good schools and liberal definitions of "family."
