Sherr idiocy perhaps?
His use of the term "effective economies" - meaning I suppose, one that is open to plunder at will by global bankers without fear or favour. And I have to say that his term "accountable institutions" left me rolling on the floor in uncontrollable laughter. Might he be thinking of Parliament?
Perhaps he wears soccer-team pyjamas, sucks his thumb and cuddles his Teddy Bear at night to keep his dreams of reality at bay?
I can never work out whether these guys actually believe what they are saying. It is just so patronisingly arrogantly absurd.
Problem is that when the average Joe sees the words "Chatham House" and similar, he bows his head in hushed awe and takes its system-serving garbage as gospel
