I spoke and corresponded with Bill Hamilton back in the mid Nineties about PROMIS and the strange death of Danny Casalaro. Bill kindly sent me the complete court records for his first law case and other documentation. I later asked him for copies of the follow up law case but he was forbidden by the Court to circulate copies -- I believe they were sealed.
A copy of PROMIS was given to the Federal Reserve. I further understand that selected other banks also are thought to have it. It is also believed that the Israeli's were given PROMIS to use on their "terrorist" programme.
Ed, I wonder if martial law might already have been sanctioned in secret? This is an idea that occurs to me from time to time and potentially seems to explain many things.
