A very useful Quicktime video by Robert Harris on CE 399 the "Magic Bullet":

David Mantik's radiodensitometry exposed the 6.5 mm artifact on the AP skull x-ray (which was not described by the three autopsists tasked with finding bullets, and whose very mention by Mantik caused radiologist Ebersole to terminate the phone interview) as a fraud, a forgery, a darkroom creation.
As I consider it, it may just as well have been a hole-punch used on a pie pan, or a "nibbler" artifact created by the clever machines we used to cut metal building panels for doors and windows.
It did not present as an authentic bullet or fragment.
