This is most interesting David. It does indeed raise some questions as to why there were so many Nth Ireland spooks on one vehicle known to be dodgy. I don't think it is SOP. The MoD seems so keen to blame the pilots despite no proof of pilot error and known on board computer problems. What are they covering for?
