John Simkin was scanning Carl's out of print book at EF a few years back. I recall he got up to chapter four. Sure wish someone would finish that project.
I always wondered what St. John thought of his mother's 12/8/72 plane crash. And dates...yes, recurring dates, another "coincidence": John Lennon would be murdered 12/8/80.
