The existence of the nuclear power plants itself is a serious breach of environmental security and public health and if they can't deal with a little ray of sun shine and a rain drop dropping by to show the emperor has no clothes (and certainly nothing so cute) how can they deal with determined malicious intruders? Or even a natural disaster like an earthquake or a plane crash a la 911? But I'm laughing with you
