Sort of makes 'sense' when Wilson and Terpil [two supposedly 'rouge' CIA agents'] were in Libya selling sophisticated weapons to and for Uncle Sam and Quiddaffi. The web is much more tangled than that......but the world buys the official fiction, apparently.....
