In each case it was impossible for the patsy to have fired the shots--or to have covered up the evidence trail.
QED conspiracy, not "lone nut."
I agree. Excellent piece. Sirhan's attorneys should have been disbarred. They stipulated to Sirhan's guilt. This in an American court. (Sounds more like a Nazi court.)
Cesar was actually found in the 80's by fake WC critic Dan Moldea. He admitted having his gun drawn, and he was exactly in the position for the kill shot. Said he never fired, but that was as close to a confession as we have ever gotten.
Sirhan's former attorney seemed to be making some progress but suddenly died of cancer, and his office was breached in an effort to successfully steal all the RFK files. (Can't imagine who would want to do that).
Am worried about his recent move. Will he be killed before his current atty. -Dr. William Pepper- can obtain justice?
I have always believed this case could be solved. A real autopsy, tons of evidence of the lie.
All we need is an honest DA in LA to bring an indictment. Therein lies the problem, or one of the problems. I don't see any "Jim Garrisons" in this case, or in Dallas.
