I got the print edition about 18 months ago. Lots of solid, detailed and shocking information.
There's pdf of the entire book on WikiSpooks.
Not sure of the copyright status and can't remember where I got it from as it was part of a bulk upload using a maintenance script - so no way to backtrack and find out.
If I get a complaint from the copyright owner I'll take it down. Meantime, help yourself.
I believe Ganser has given his permission for that to be available. Do, however, take a peek at the film and that too can be downloaded!.....quite an eye-opener!
