I am but a bemused spectator at this point watching this bit of theater from a distance, but I can't help but wonder about the implications in the fact that one of the 'plaintiffs' is an assistant in forsknings. I am sure those implications are lost in the translation.
It appears that research and development is not limited to technology, thought and policy but is sometimes embodied in explorations and findings of a different nature, perhaps tongue-in-cheek, an intelligence field of its own warranting secrecy and subterfuge, and sometimes undercover work.
