It is like watching someone shooting fish in a barrel. I don't, unfortunately, find the actions of the IDF surprising but I do find it outrageously surprising that there has not been more repulsion from the other countries particularly other Middle Eastern neighbours and the 'civilised' West. There are no 'leaders' with any cojones to do the right thing. One can only presume they have been well bought off or threatened. It needs to be remembered or publicised that this offensive has been a long time in the planning and is not a knee jerk response to Hamas rockets. This can never be solved with bombs and guns (even smart ones). It is ultimately futile. All Palestinians have to do to win is survive and they will and their very existence in the world will be a reminder of what Israel tried to do to them and failed.
