There is an issue with the templates the site uses to divide footnotes into columns.
I operate a site with the same (later version) of that software (Mediawiki - same as used by Wikipedia). I have re-posted the entire moon hoax article there and fixed the footnotes (also tidied up some grammatical glitches). There are 476 of them - lots in Russian and some very interesting ones too.
